Lincoln Boys Can Clinch 2A South

With Needles’ 72-64 loss at West Wendover January 25, Lincoln County can clinch at least a tie in the 2A Southern league with just one win in their matches this Friday and Saturday against visiting Wendover and White Pine.

But, a win over Wendover would give the Lynx a three-game lead on the second-place Wolverines. With three games remaining this gives Lincoln any possible tiebreaker because they won both games with Wendover. Lincoln closes out league play at Needles and The Meadows February 8 and 9.
