Official Lincoln County Website to be Established

County Manager, John Lovelady, said at the County Commission meeting last Tuesday that his office expects to have a proposal by mid-September from a web designer/operator for an official Lincoln County website.

He said he is also working with Tracy Lee, the County’s Information Technology Director to make sure the website conforms to the county and federal regulations. If approved by the Commission, the website could be operational within 30 days thereafter.

Don Shanks of the Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce asked that a link be provided to the Chamber so they won’t have to answer calls made to the wrong website.

Lovelady said there will be links set up for different County agencies and associations including the Chamber of Commerce.
