Caliente Man Acquitted

A verdict rendered in Lincoln County Court November 28 found Eric Zawrotny not guilty by a jury of the charge of battery with a deadly weapon and substantial bodily harm. The case was heard by retired Nevada Supreme Court Justice Robert Rose of Carson City. He was here to help the two district court judges with the heavy caseload.

The jury in the two-day trial consisted of seven men and five women.
